iPad Pro problem with number "4" key

Hello!

I just bought this morning new iPad Pro (128 Go) to replace my iPad Air 2 -

It's in French Azerty keyboard !

During installation I've been facing to quite a strange problem: My WiFi/PW has somewhere in, a "4" number character. After several rejections, I found out that when I tape on 4 , a ' appear systematically after the 4 (i.e. 4')

And only to the number 4 and not to any other number key !

I got in touch by phone to Apple support Ireland based facilities, and, several tests and minutes later, they admit there is some "problem" on my new iPad with that specific key !

The problem doesn't not occur if I use the .?123 main key for numbers !

When I gets back to ABC main key, then the problem gets back !

I'm wondering (as well as the technical support) if my problem is related to this new offspring machine, or to a bug in the IOS software ?

Does someone has got something similar ?

Thanks !

I confirm. It's a real bug on IOS!

Hundreds of French customers complain on different forums.

Another problem found with the virtual Azerty keyboard:

When the Caps Lock key is on, the characters located in the upper part of the keys should be used (the row of numbers and also the characters µ £%?. / § etc.). Which is not the case ! You must always use the simple Shift key to access each of these characters.

I reported this to Apple Support.

I hope they will solve the problem in the next upgrade.
