I have two emails setup in Mail. Mail no longer allows me choose which email I want to send from.

There is an account selector beneath the subject line in a new email, is there not one in yours?
There was when I updated to El Capitan but there hasn't been since I did a fresh install of El Capitan. But suddenly it is there. Really odd. I'm pretty computer savvy. I guess disable and re-enabling the 1000th time did the charm.
