iPad Pro and Apple Pencil : Convert handwriting to text

What option do we have if we want to write handwritten notes in any app (such as PowerPoint or Adobe Acrobat) on iPad Pro (using the Apple Pencil) and for it to be converted to text?

Here is one option, assuming you have access to OneNote for Windows:

1. Write you notes using OneNote for iPad.

2. Save you OneNote notebook to some place where you can access it on Windows machine - OneDrive from Microsoft would work.

3. On your Windows machine, in OneNote for WIndows, use Ink to Text functionality.

I do not think that OneNote for Mac has this functionality yet, but hopefully they will add it soon - would be even better if they add it directly to iPad app.
