Q: My iPad Air is disabled.  What can I do?

My iPad Air is disabled.  What should I do?  I have only had it for about a week and could not set it up before it locked up.  The problem is that it keeps telling me to change my password.

    H

Try a Reboot press & hold power button & menu button hold both down until

You see apple logo this can take 30seconds .

If this doesn't help restore iPad back to factory settings over WiFi

    Cheers

If your iPad is saying disabled you will need to have your apple ID password in order to log in. You can go to applied.apple.com and click on reset password if you need to reset the password to your account. You may need the answers to your security questions or access to your email in order to receive the password reset email. I hope this helps!
