Q: Have book 1 of a trilogy can't find book 2&3

the book is out on kindle and i should be able to find it but i can seem to find it on the iBook any idea why?

    If they aren't available in your country's iBookstore then the publisher/rights-holder hasn't granted Apple a license to sell them there. You could try contacting the publisher and see if they have any plans to do so, or you buy them from Amazon and use the Kindle app to read them.
