Can't hear phone calls with powerbeats wireless

Ever since the ios9 upgrade, i have been unable to take phone calls from my PowerBeats Wireless headphones. I can hear the phone ring, can answer the call, but I can't hear anyone, and they can't hear me. I end up having to switch over to the headset. Phone has been reset, and i even found out how to reset the headphones, but no luck. Has anyone else experienced this?

I learned something new today. If I close my Audiables app, as I was listening to a book while driving, I am able to use my beatsX ear buds with no problems. So it sounds like it has to do with Audiables app and the use of the iWatch as the same time. So you can either close the app or turn off your iWatch. Doesn't seem like that should be the case but it is for now.

I had this problem too and kept switching devices. The solution I found was to adjust the volume upward on the headset itself, not the phone. For some reason the volume was just turned all the way down. I knew audio was trying to push through because I heard a slight empty 'hiss' when I would switch to the Beats, but then couldn't hear anything. I also unpaired and repaired my phone to the beats before doing this.

Yesterday, I had made some phone calls while using my BeatsX ear buds. I obviously had my iPhone as well as I was wearing my watch. I had no problems until I started to listen to my audio books on my audibles app. When I paused my audibles to make a phone call I could not hear anything. When I switched over from my BeatsX to just my iPhone to hear the call, that's when I could hear the phone call. I hope that better explains it.
