My new ATV4 is missing artwork for multiple movies

The artwork has disappeared for several movies, although it was there previously. The movies play just fine. The artwork is visible on my Mac, iPhone, and iPad. I've logged in and out of iTunes and Apple ID. I've restarted and then restored the Apple TV, but no joy... Any suggestions? Thanks.
