Nov 16, 2015 11:39 PM in response to D.Cohenby cee hanh,Sadly, he does not have an iPhone 6+. He actually has an iPhone 6 which is not eligible for the quality program for the camera.
TC, I suggest you to restore your phone after doing a backup. If the software update caused this issue, it might be corrupted. So, I would suggest restoring your device via DFU mode. If issue still persist, bring it to the Apple Store. Though, I think the restore should work.
