No podcast delete in iTunes and other irritations

1) Why do I have to delete podcasts from my iPhone using my iPhone, yet I can upload them using iTunes on my PC. This seems a little ignorant to me.

2) Why do I have to ask SIRI to shuffle my songs on my iPhone? And why does the player hide until I press several items (a little dangerous while driving) to get the player up.

3) Why is there no next button for the next podcast to play? Once again stupid design.
