update to jse 6 on mac 10.4 tiger

I am running OS 10.4.11 on a macbook 1,1 white. I need to install surveyCTO sync but it needs java 6 and i have jse 5, how do i update to jse 6 release 1?

MacBook, Mac OS X (10.4.11)

Just one footnote, MacBook 1,1 is not PowerPC.

So be careful you get the Intel or Universal release for your MacBook.
