Q: New episodes aren't showing up on my iPhone??

I Have purchased many new seasons of my favorite shows like Big Bang Theory and The Walking Dead, but when the new episode comes to iTunes it isn't showing up in my Videos app. I get an automatic email from iTunes whenever a new episode has arrived but I MUST click the download episode link in the email or find it in iTunes Store to watch it. I use to get a small "1" bubble next to my show with episodes I haven't watched. This is no longer the case for a while now. Anyone know how to fix this?

    Hey Zysoring,

     

    If I understand correctly, you want your purchased to automatically download. I would recommend you read this article, it may be able to help troubleshoot the issue. 

     

    Turn on Automatic Downloads - Apple Support

    • Automatic Downloads for movies and TV shows is only available through iTunes 12. Automatic Downloads can't be turned on for video on iOS.

    No not download. I just want them to apear again in the cloud. When i view my current videos all my movies and shows are there with the download button next to them. But when a new episode is available on iTunes I get the email but it doesnt show in my cloud under videos. When I scroll to the bottom of a show with a new episode there is a complete my season button. When clicking it it shows the new ep for purchase in hd and when I hit the sd button a greyed out download button appears that i cannot press.
