You'll have to provide more info that what you've done so far. We have no idea what you are referring to and can only guess it about photos on your iPhone, right?
How did you lose them and from where did you lose them?
If you're referring to your iPhone and you have no backup then there's no way to recover them.
Do you have a Mac with iPhoto or Photos and have them in that library?
