MAGIC MUSE 2 not working
I have bought this magic mouse 2 for Apple store in Ross Park mall in Pittsburgh and when I tried to use it is not working!!!!!!!!!!!!!

The serial number of the mouse is not relevant. What OS X are you trying to use it with. If you have less than the El Capitan version 10.11.1, it will not work. Neither will the Beta version. Take it back and get a refund ... or upgrade to the required OS.
