How do I count checkbox ticks?

Hi,

I need to add a formula to count checkbox ticks. Any idea what I need to use? I'm not overly confident with all the formulas apart from the basics and really don't know where to even start with this one. Any help gratefully received.

Hi Cathie,

Formula in Footer Row B8

=COUNTIF(B,"TRUE")

If you don't want a Footer Row, specify the range of cells that are Checkboxes, for example

=COUNTIF(B2:B7,"TRUE")
