Q: See text messages from another iPhone

I have three children and have heard that I can see their text messages if I know their Apple ID and password.  Is this true?  If so, how do I do it?  Any help is greatly appreciated.

    No you can't see their text message.

     

    You can view their imessage, if you have it set up using the same apple id.  settings - message - send&receive - same apple id.

     

    Link your iPhone number and Apple ID to use iMessage and FaceTime - Apple Support

     

    That will allow you to see their imessage and in turn they will also see your imessage.

     

    You can contact your cell phone provider and see if they can help SMS is a carrier feature.
