Q: Since OS.91 upgrade, iphone will not sync to calendar

Since upgrading to OS 9.1, my iphone and ipad will not sync to my Outlook calendar or contacts. The advanced tab in itunes says the phone will sync to the cloud, which I do not use, No option any more to chose to sync with Outlook on my computer. Is this an problem? If so, can this be fixed?

Hi howdego,

If you are having an issue with being unable to sync Calendar data from Outlook on your computer to your iPhone, I would suggest that you troubleshoot using the steps in this article - If you can't sync contacts and calendars using iTunes for Windows.
