Jan 5, 2016 11:58 AM in response to riazaedhiby slavo787,Hello, I have the same problem, I see 3.57GB of storage used by Documents, but when I go to Manage Storage (via Mac, iPad, iPhone - all the same), I see that 1.3GB is used by backups (this matches) and documents from applications takes only few MB. This 3.57GB is most probably lost in some hidden files, that I have no way to access and delete via iCloud page or Manage Storage screen. I need somebody from Apple to go to my iCloud directory and type there 'du -sm *' to see where it is blocked - and this is something that people on helpdesk probably cannot do.
