Change background color of a Window

Hello

I am making an app for OS X with Cocoa and Swift 2 with Xcode and I want to change the Windows background color with alpha but I didn't find any tutorial to do it, how to do it ?

I don't know how to call the Window from the code and how to set his background color with alpha value...
