Q: my iphone is giving some kind of error

Storage capacity : 16GB

 

 

i' having a problem with my iphone which is saying error 54..

i dont what is it saying but my videos can't be sync with my iphone please help me.. i'm new with i.phone

i don't know how to add music or videos to my phone it is very hard for me please please please help me

iPhone 5, iOS 9.1, just help me please im new user

    Force restart your iPhone.

     

    Press and hold both the Sleep/Wake and Home buttons for at least ten seconds, until you see the Apple logo.

    I had that with my phone and iPad. I am not sure what it is as I could not find any information. Anytime it came up, I just deleted the message and went on with my sync without any problems. I had to get a new computer to update to Windows 10 and now I don't get that error message anymore.
