My serial number says it has been replaced?

You will have to call Apple. Where did you get the iPhone? That message usually means that someone had that phone, and had it replaced by Apple. After that the phone should have been returned to the factory to be refurbished. But sometimes they are hijacked enroute and are resold. If you did not buy the phone new directly from Apple that is most likely what happened.
