I have a single slide of objects (circles, squares. lines and text) displaying with a recording of me describing the actions. When I view it from Keynote it works great, but if I export it to Quicktime, then I have objects missing from the final recording. Any ideas on who to correct this?
OS X El Capitan (10.11.1), Keynote
I do not use El Capitan but this should work as its a standard thing to do in Keynote it works fine on all our systems.
What are the exact settings you are using in the export dialogue box?
Quicktime>
Playback: Slideshow Recording
Format: 720p
I have also tried
Format: Custom
1024 x 768
Compression Type: H.264
I will have to guess that this is an issue with Keynote running in El Capitan. There are far too many issues being reported from El Capitan users that just do not cause issues when running in Yosemite.
The only workaround with other QT export issues is to re-install Yosemite.
How do I prevent objects from being left out of automation when exporting to Quicktime format?
