I would say congratulations on the purchase of your new iPhone, but I am sure you must be frustrated at not being able to use it as a phone. Let's see if we can get you back on the road to enjoying your iPhone.
If you are unable to make calls with or receive calls on your iPhone, I would suggest that you troubleshoot using the steps in this article - If you can't make or receive calls on your iPhone.
