MainStage plays out of tune via Roland A-33 & Cakewalk UA-25 EX. Anyone know why?

MainStage plays fine when using my nanokey2. However, with my (admittedly vintage) Roland A-33, via my Cakewalk UA-25 EX, it plays totally out of tune (in tune with itself, just totally off concert pitch. I've done all the obvious, like checking the global settings and the pitch settings.

Oddly, the same setup works fine, in-tune, when I use GarageBand.

Does anyone know why this might be happening?

The UA-25 has a switch on the back to select the sample rate. It needs to match the setting in MainStage preferences, or vice versa. Set them to a matching sample rate and restart MainStage.
