Welcome to the Apple Support Communities! I'm a bit unclear what you are describing with regard to the "next movie", but generally if you are seeing a cloud icon with a downward arrow next to an item in iTunes, that means the item was previously purchased from the iTunes Store and is available for download/redownload; it wouldn't show next to an item currently on your machine. For more information on that or other iCloud icons in iTunes, you may find the following article helpful:

Nov 20, 2015 10:12 AM in response to brenden dvby whizzo140,This is my first Mac book.
The problem is my macbook shows 12.45 gb of Movies, My iTunes account on my mac book shows a copy of the movies that are on my son's iPad (we use the same iTunes account)
but all them on my macbook have a cloud icon, so i would assume they are in the cloud available to download if wanted and not taking up disk space, so why is 12.45gb of disk space allocated as Movies wen i look at disk utility's
If it makes a difference I have downloaded the movies on the iPad so he can watch them in the car. But not downloaded on my Macbook!

That certainly is odd. If you want to verify whether or not these movies have been downloaded to your Mac, you may find the following article helpful:
