Q: Back up questions

How can I access the back ups that I have done previously I didn't back up to a computer I don't believe I just selected the back up now in my iphone settings and that is it and now I cannot any of my old pictures that I had before then I went on the icloud.com website and the only ones that are there are the ones that I have taken since I received my replacement iphone.

To access a backup of your iPhone you restore the iPhone using that backup: see this document:
Restore your device from an iCloud or iTunes backup - Apple Support

But your backup will not necessarily contain the missing photos. Photos will only be included in the backup, if they are not already stored in iCloud. If your photos were in iCloud Photo Library or My Photo Stream, they will not be part of the backup, see:
