Im getting an average of 6 hours on a full charge. Is this normal?

Is there a way to find what apps are causing the most battery drain on the Apple Watch? I’ve been having issues with the charge only lasting 5-6 hours, and then some days lasting all day. I know how to check iPhone battery hogs but not watch.

If you have not already done so, it may help to update your iPhone and Apple Watch to the latest software versions (presently iOS 9.1 and watchOS 2.0.1 respectively). watchOS 2.0.1 includes fixes for issues that were impacting battery performance.
