i keep getting a black screen on my iPhone 6s asking to connect to a server with to options accept or cancel!!

This looks like a flash SMS. They are illegal in many places, but it is not something to concern yourself with. You can try going into Settings>Safari>Clear History and Website Data, in case it is from a website java script. If you get another one, report this to your carrier. It is like a regular SMS, however it does not come with a header, and it will block the entire screen, as you have seen.
