Get help with Siri
- If "Hey Siri" isn't working, make sure that "Hey Siri" is turned on under Settings > General > Siri.
- Siri might say, "Sorry, I'm having trouble connecting to the network," or "Try again in a little while." This is probably a network issue. Check your Internet connection and try again later.
- If Siri isn't available or responding to questions, see the next section.
If Siri isn't available, or doesn't understand or respond to questions
After each step, see if you still need help:
- Make sure that your iOS device has an Internet connection through Wi-Fi or cellular data.
- On your iOS device, make sure that Siri is turned on under Settings > General > Siri.
- Restart your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch.
- On your iOS device, go to Settings > General > Siri and turn off Siri. Then turn it on again.
- Make sure that the microphones on your device aren't blocked. For example, if your device has a protective case, remove it.
- If you're using an iOS device, try to use Siri with a headset. If Siri works, get more help with the microphones on your device.
- Contact Apple Support.

If these steps don't work, reset the phone by holding the sleep and home button for about 10sec, until the Apple logo comes back again. You will not lose any data by resetting, but it can cure some glitches.
Resetting the network settings in Settings/General/Reset might also help.
If this does not work, and to make sure that this is not software related, set it back to factory settings, without using any backup data afterwards. Set up the rest of the personal settings manually and test the phone.
If the Siri works, restore from the latest backup. If the problem comes back, the backup data contained corrupt data, causing your issues.

Not sure what is going on but Hey Siri and just Siri is not working.
Is the bug being worked on??
Thanks
Your profile shows you are using an iPhone 6. For the iPhone 6, Hey Siri requires the device to be connected to power. I'm not aware of a bug concerning Siri. When you say in your subject line, "Siri still not working", does that imply that Siri has never worked for you?

Nov 18, 2015 11:47 AM in response to ChrisJ4203by toddz2000,I hold down the button, Siri comes up and I ask question and does not work. I have it plugged in and still does not work.
Siri cannot hear me at all.

Nov 18, 2015 11:49 AM in response to toddz2000by ChrisJ4203,After Siri comes up, have you released the button? Have you checked your settings for Siri as ingo2711 suggested? What troubleshooting have you tried? As asked earlier, has Siri ever worked?
