Apple Customer Number for DEP

I also have been looking for an "apple customer number"

I have spoken with the Apple Business Team,

the Apple Deployment Program

the Apple Business Sales team

the Apple Small Business Sales Team

and no one knows what I am talking about, but they are more than

willing to give me a case number, and to shuffle me off to yet-another-department.

If I figure It out I will post a response.

Oh yea, it is NOT on your apple invoice as suggested above.

For those folks reading that are unfamiliar with the Device Enrollment Program (DEP) and what it provides, Apple has available the general sequences for education and businesses.

From what I can tell of it, the customer number is not made visible via the AppleID web site, nor in any other obvious places.

It's in the paperwork from Apple.

This paperwork is associated with previous orders.

If you have not ordered from Apple directly before or if you do not have the paperwork or any of the email associated with previous orders, then please contact Apple directly and ask them to look it up for you.

If you do have access to the associated email for the AppleID being used to purchase from Apple, then look for a subject line such as "Your Apple Invoice" from an Apple.com domain. In the various entries I've located here, it's listed as "Customer Number:".
