Q: I need help!?

Hi. I'd like to ask something. I'm trying to reset my iPod Touch and I can't do it without having to put my Restrictions password in but I don't know it. I know that you have to use iTunes but I don't hav a laptop at the moment as it's being fixed. I was just wondering if there is any other possible way to reset the whole iPod without using iTunes? thanks.

I also have another problem, a fee days ago I purchaser an album on iTunes with my dad's credit card and I was trying to get rid of the card payment information and I erased as much as I could but it's not working. I tried to download an app but it's saying that I have to verify my payment information so I put in my dad's card information again and it's saying there was a billing problem with my last payment. I was just wondering if you have any ideas or advice on what I could do? My father isn't really happy about having his credit card information on my iPod either. Please contact me as soon as possible.

Thank you so much!

    For first question:

    Only if:

If you previously turned on FIndMyiPod on the iPod in Settings>iCloud and wifi is on and connected go to iCloud: Find My iPhone, sign in and go to FIndMyiPhone and use Remote Wipe to erase the contents of your device. If you have been using iCloud to back up, you may be able to restore the most recent backup to reset the passcode after the device has been erased.

You can also wipe the iOS device by installing the FindMyiPhone app on another iOS device and using that app to wipe the device.

    Otherwise:

    Forgotten RESTRICTIONS Passcode

    - Place the iOS device in Recovery Mode and restore via iTunes. For how to restore: iTunes: Restoring iOS software

    You have to either:

    - Restore from a backup that was make before you added the Restrictions passcode. If you restore from a backup made with the Restrictions passcode the Restrictions passcode is also restored.

    - Restore to factory settings/new iPod

    For the second problem see:
