Podcast episode in Itunes store library, but not my feed

Can anyone explain to me why an episode of a podcast I subscribe to would not show up in my podcast feed using the inbuilt podcast app, however it is available for downloading when I go to the iTunes store library for that podcast.

In case it's important, the episode in question is - What Say You Podcast, Episode 62

iPhone 5, iOS 9.1
