Nov 18, 2015 2:56 PM in response to deggieby bjane13,Yes, in fact, it was advertised specifically for printing from iPad and iPhone. It communicates fine with my laptop, but will not communicate with the Apple products. I have called Canon support, who said it was my network provider, who said it was an Apple issue. Not sure what to do now.

Nov 18, 2015 4:38 PM in response to sbermanby bjane13,Thank you. I tried that, and the firmware is current. I really believe it is our network provider, but I can't get them to believe me. Any other suggestions will be helpful.

Nov 19, 2015 10:57 AM in response to sbermanby bjane13,Thank you for your response. I have since contacted our office computer tech who believes that because we recently upgraded our network, our access point may need to be upgraded as well in order to fully use our wireless devices to their full potential. Once that is done, I will see if it makes a difference using this printer and let you guys know in case anyone else has this problem in the future.
