From your post, I understand that you are having an issue with iMessage and FaceTime. It is not clear to me what the issue may be, but I would still like to offer you some great troubleshooting steps.
First, if you are receiving an error while trying to activate iMessage and/or FaceTime, please read over and work through the steps located in the following article.
If you get an error when trying to activate iMessage or FaceTime - Apple Support
If the services are already activated but you are having an issue messaging or connecting via FaceTime with other people, the next two articles should provide some assistance.
If you can't send or receive messages on your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch - Apple Support
Get help if you can't make or receive FaceTime calls - Apple Support
If the issues continue, please let us know more about your issue so we can provide further support.
