After a reinstallation at the store LETTER H AND F2 stopped working. Mouse too.
I came back to store and it was made a Hardware Diagnostic apparently everything is ok
But it is not working
Any suggestion?

Get the store to re-check their work. Those keys are too far apart for a spillage type accident though a dusty environment could cause it.
Are you still on Yosemite 10.10.2 and is the mouse original or the new MM2?
