    Cosmetic damage (eg scratches) and accidental damage are not covered under the One Year Limited Warranty.

     

    Your watch may be eligible for chargeable out-of-warranty repair service. This would need to be arranged in a country where Apple Watch is presently available to buy directly from Apple or from Apple Authorised Distributors.

    it my error and i'm not need apple warranty.
