Can't Download Motion 5.2.2 for the past hour!

I have been trying, for the nth time and for the past hour, to download/purchase Motion 5.2.2

It's not asking me anything. It's not asking for my username/password, which I've already set.

It just gives me this loading loop.

It's like you don't want me to acquire your software legally.

Please help.
