Q: sound problem after unlocking iphone 6+

i have just unlocked my iphone6+, now I can't hear any thing on the receiver for receiving call. I have to turn on the speaker to hear and also when I play the music I dont hear anything unless I plug in my head set? I have reset my phone to factory reset but still no help. Can you help me with this problem.

iPhone 6 Plus, iOS 9.1

It sounds like it was working fine but then after unlocking it, suddenly no sound from the speaker.

I would expect a factory reset to change settings to default but would still recommend going through the following article.
If you hear no sound or distorted sound from your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch speaker - Apple Support
