Q: I have a newish imac desk top.

I have recently bought an new iMac.

every time I go into the App store, I get a message telling me it has not been possible to update.... iPhoto, Keynotes or Pages

Update unavailable with this apple id.

either because it was bought by a different user or the item was refunded or cancelled.

I have always had the same id and the Mac came with these already loaded.

I am not very savvy when it comes to computers so need a simple solution or do i just take it back to apple store?
