iPad Air need to login three times before allowed through but not every time, ideas please

Hello, iPad Air 64 gig. After an update to 9.1 I sometimes need to login three times, any ideas please.

Hi Rapoona,

Thanks for replying with more information.

If you have an iPad Air 2 and you're using Touch ID to unlock the device, first try the tips in the "Get Help" section of Use Touch ID on iPhone and iPad.

If you're using a passcode, try changing the passcode or turning it off and on again using the steps in Use a passcode with your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch.

Also, be sure to restart your device before trying to unlock it again.

If you're still not able to unlock your iPad consistently, you may want to restore the device using the steps in Use iTunes to restore your iPhone, iPad, or iPod to factory settings.
