iCloud "..error code 2343" when installing iCloud v5.0

Here's the answer to the infamous "error 2343". See highlight in screen cap below; nicely hidden in the requirements (which require a scroll down to view). So, my guess is Outlook 2016 users will not be able to install the new software—UNLESS, Apple comes up with a fix to this stupid nonsense.

Again, I REFUSE to go about uninstalling, installing, removing, replacing, etc., so as to upgrade to the latest iCloud version; it's entirely absurd.

My question to the Apple: why th'heck would you release a new software that does not support such a popular app/service such as Outlook? I call cameldung.
