Contact Apple at the contact link given in the ordr confirmation email or using the contact us link at the bottom of this page
If the error is Apple's then they will correct it - if it is your error then they probably will not

Both my wife and I swear after checking over everything 3 times (each) that all photos were in there correct places.

Keep that in mind for future orders. Save the PDF file to compare with the printed version when it arrives.
As Larry suggested call Apple and explain that happened. They've been quite good at making amends in such situations.
