Error Installing iCloud for Windows (10)

I just updated to the latest version of Windows 10 (TH2) and now cannot install iCloud for Windows. I get the following pop-up:

An error occurred during the installation of assembly 'Microsoft.VC80.CRT, type="win32", version="8.0.50727.6195", publickeyTokent="1fcfb3h9a1e1Be3b", processorArchitecture="amd64". Please refer to Help and Support for more information. HRESULT: 0x80073715.

I am using Windows 10 Home 64 bit Edition on a Dell Inspiron 1545 laptop with an Intel CPU. Any idea what might be going on? Thanks for the help.
