You need to contact the seller and ask him to remove this iPhone from his list of devices. Otherwise, this iPhone will be a useless brick.

You are NOT talking to Apple. Nor are you addressing the retailer you bought the phone from. This is a user forum. No one here can do that.

You should have put restrictions on it before putting it out for demo... Or you should have used an MDM software... Either way, we can't help you. It just isn't possible. Best of luck finding the person.
