I cannot download pictures from my Ipone 6 to my PC. I have answered YES to the trust this computer question. Do I need to change a setting on my phone to allow my computer to recogize my phone?

I cannot download pictures from my phone to my PC

PC is Windows 7 Home permium

HP desktop

Phone is 6 not 6S

I answered "yes" to "trust this computer message" when prompted. I also attempted to down load pic to my Imac desktop purchased in the past 4 months and had no success.

Is there a setting on my phone I need to change?
