I'M having trouble with my ITunes Security Questions.

I signed into my account to change my password. It told me to answer my two Security Questions. I gave the right answers! (Wrote them down) It would keep saying it's wrong. Now it locked me out. Does this happen to anyone else?

I got my Security Questions fixed & Changed without having to call. It seems i had my answers in caps lock so that is why it wasn't working for me.
