I replaced my iPhone 6s housing for a matte black and gold one off eBay and now my phone won't turn on. help?!

I bouhght a matte black and gold iPhone 6s housing off eBay for my new phone. After it got fixed i went to pick it up and got told my battery is dead. By dead they mean it can't switch on and when it is plugged into charge it just keeps alternating fro the white apple screen to a black screen. Will putting my old original housing back on solve this or will buying and replacing my battery solve the problem?

iPhone 6s, iOS 9.1

Sorry. There's nothing anyone here can do for you. Apple won't touch it. Apple doesn't sell parts at all and now that you've opened it up, Apple will no longer have anything to do with it either in or out of warranty. There is no telling what you may have damaged.

Either find a competent 3rd party repair service and see if they can help you, or buy a new phone.

Maybe they didn't understand what you did to it.

They will look at it. And once they seen you tampered with it, they will hand it back to you. They will not replace the battery and they will not give you an out of warranty replacement for 250. They will tell you to have a nice day and offer to sell you a new phone at full retail price.

You've permanently forfeited your ability to get that phone serviced by Apple under any circumstances.

I'm not saying this to be mean or cruel, just giving you the facts.
