Hello! This goes beyond the simple options in the Preferences pane in Safari.
Notice the highlighted blue section. By a mistake of keys, I unintentionally (and mysteriously) added 'dmel' as an AutoFill option. All I want to do is remove that word.
Ideas?

"Change AutoFill settings: Choose Safari > Preferences, then click AutoFill.
If you have not tried this already, try it.
Launch TextEdit.
Type dmel. Highlight it.
Right click it.
A contextual menu should open up with "Unlearn Spelling" option. Choose it.
Safari > Edit > Spelling & Grammer > Correct Spelling Automatically
Deselect this option and test.
Other than this. I don't have any other suggestion. Sorry to say that.

One of the first things I did. I could try that option from the text input box on the website. Also, that deals with auto-correct, not AutoFill. Auto-correct has a different UI that covers to AutoFill UI:
Thanks for the reply. However, simply Googleing my issue brought up this solution countless times. It doesn't work. Trust me.
Out of curiosity, in which AutoFill menu do you imagine the highlighted word to reside?
Okay, so:
1. For Contacts, I would be searching for a contact called 'dmel', or anything that has to do with that word, yea? Nothing shows up.
2. For User Names & Passwords, 'dmel' does not show up.
Please believe I have been through this already The word is not in ~/Library/Spelling, not was it in the Text option within Keyboard in System Preferences.
Other ideas?
Click the "Edit" button next to first two items and check.
Do you have this problem on your iOS devices?

Make a "New Card" and and then Card > Make this my Card.
