Photoshop Elements 11 Editor Freezes When Attempting to Save.

Hello!

I have a MacBook Pro (13-inch, Mid 2012), and I have been occurring a problem lately when it comes to Adobe Photoshop Elements 11 Editor, the one I bought online in the Apple Store.

When I try to save any picture or product or whatever, the program freezes when I get to the save screen. The only buttons that I am able to press are the 'format', 'save' and 'colour' ones.

I have tried updating and restarting the program, and I have also deleted and reinstalled it.

My Mac is also up to date with the latest software update.

Any help or advice would be appreciated!

I notice some shared servers in the sidebar. Does the problem happen if you dismount them from the Finder, and disconnect their sharing status? You can always use the Finder to drag and drop files to servers instead of relying on the save as dialog box. An extra step to be sure, but given the memory intensiveness of Elements, you may be better to let the Finder alone manage the servers without Elements being open.

This did not work I have Photoshop Elements 11 Editor from the app store
