Best Mac CRM Small Business Solution

Can anyone please recommend the best CRM solution for a small service business that can preferably run on my Mac mail client?

My two main needs are simple but crucial.

1. Have a running call notes archive of my client interactions. Simple enough, right?

2. Write an email and have it scheduled to send at a future date.*

*If Apple would simply enable this feature on Mac Mail it would be incredibly helpful. Microsoft's had that feature for years, so it's very frustrating Apple's never provided it.

I had a Genius Bar appointment two weeks ago. They said an Apple small business solutions contact would call me. Never heard from them...

Any feedback is very welcome. Pretty frustrated at this point. Not finding many solid Mac-friendly small business CRM options and can't separate the shill reviews from the authentic ones.

Your save bet lies with FileMaker Pro. FileMaker is an Apple subsidiary which allows you to build and manage software for your needs.

I believe FileMaker especially excels in the SME due to a high degree of customisability and a very rich set of features.

As a Mac user the number of options for sector specific software products are still mostly based on Windows,
