Wired keyboard / mouse is not working while creating user account first time using bootcamp to install windows 7

I installed windows 7 ultimate os successfully on iMac 21.5-inch Late 2013 using bootcamp,

while installation wired keyboard and mouse of Logitech brand works fine but after restart last time in-between installation process windows opens and stops at creating user account first time, while that screen appears keyboard and mouse stops working.

PLEASE HELP.

Problem Solved !!! 🙂

actually at the first time I download windows support software from apple website this time I choose option from boot camp assistant now its working fine

If you unplug and plug in the USB Keyboard/Mouse, does it work?

Was Windows installed using the Apple Mouse/Keyboard?

If the Apple Wireless KM are paired with OS X, temporarily un-pair them, so that they are not paired to any other device, and test. The worst-case is to remove W7 and re-install it and use the Wireless K/M and address any issues.
